  • These terms apply to all users, including clients and security professionals

Service Description

  • VigiloX provides a platform connecting businesses with verified security professionals
  • We facilitate staffing arrangements but are not the direct employer of security guards
  • Service availability may vary based on location and specific requirements
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with notice
  • Platform features and pricing are subject to change in accordance with business needs

User Obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and use
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with platform operations

Payment Terms

  • Pricing is as specified in your service agreement or quote
  • Payment is due according to agreed-upon terms, typically net 30 days
  • Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

Limitation of Liability

  • VigiloX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months
  • We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service operation
  • You agree to indemnify VigiloX against claims arising from your use of services
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice
  • We may immediately terminate for breach of these terms or illegal activity
  • Upon termination, you must cease using the platform and services
  • Provisions regarding payment, liability, and confidentiality survive termination
  • Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services rendered
